The Toyota Sprinter sold by Toyota in the Japanese home market. It was replaced in 2001 by the Toyota Allex. There have also been several spin-offs over the years, including the Toyota Corolla II hatchback, Toyota Corolla Ceres (and similar Toyota Sprinter Marino) hardtop, Toyota Corolla Levin and Toyota Sprinter Trueno sports coupes and hatchbacks, and the Toyota Corolla FX hatckback (now Toyota Corolla Runx).
