ÿþThe Mitsubishi Diamante was a car introduced in the spring of 1991 as a 1992 model. It was a rebadged Mitsubishi Magna, an Australian car. The Wagon version debuted for 1993. The 1992 to 1996 Diamantes were assembled in Nagoya, Japan. The Japanese model was initially a four-door hardtop, while a more "formal" sedan and station wagon were built in Adelaide, Australia. The very first Diamante rolled off the assembly line on May 13, 1991 as a 1992 model.
